JOB SUMMARY:
- Supervise the day-to-day operation of the Food & Beverage department.
- Quality levels of product and service
- Guest satisfaction
- Operation costs
- Sanitation and cleanliness and hygiene
- Control overall bars and banquet
- Develop formal training plans and conduct on-the-job training sessions for Food & Beverage Departmental employees
REQUIREMENT:
- Experience in Hotel
- Ability to effectively manage and control the restaurant
- Experience in leading and managing staff.
- Minimum of 2 years as supervisory or similar position.
- Good Teamwork
